Hi. I’m Annette — a community organizer, arts administrator, and content developer based in SE Portland, Oregon. I’ve spent most of my adult life figuring out how to build things that matter without waiting for permission or a budget to do it.
My work lives at the intersection of art, community, and logistics.
I’m the founder of Zella Co:Lab, a creative enterprise focused on artist merch partnerships and community-oriented content and DIY projects. Through Co:Lab, I work with local artists to develop merchandise and digital content that reflects their practice. I also collaborate with PopCartPDX on pop-up events and art market activations around Portland.
I’ve organized art festivals, run volunteer programs, managed box offices, written grant applications, printed zines, and hauled sound gear in the rain for community events. I do this work because community is not an abstraction to me — it’s the thing I’m most committed to building.
